Here’s where we’re at with all your orders.
For any order placed before 15:00 GMT Monday 23rd March, we will ship your order using Royal Mail 48-hour delivery as standard, this is based on working days. Orders placed on Friday will not be subject to delivery over the weekend. Due to government measures, Royal Mail is experiencing some delays to delivery, which we cannot control.
If you placed a Next Day Delivery order and your order has been delayed, please contact us and we’ll happily refund you your delivery fee.
For any order placed after 15:00 GMT Monday 23rd March, we’ll ship your order using Yodel’s two day delivery service. This is a working day service.
For all Hair Party orders, these will be with you by Friday so that you can join the party this weekend.
